Technical Specifications
1. Cabinet & Exterior Housing
The outer shell is fabricated from 1.2mm cold-rolled steel, treated with acid washing and phosphating, then finished with an epoxy powder coating. This provides excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, rust, and corrosion. The standard color is RAL 7035 (light gray)—a globally preferred lab shade that’s clean, modern, and easy to maintain.
2. Baffle System
Features a three-section, removable baffle design that eliminates dead zones inside the chamber, ensuring efficient capture and exhaust of both heavier-than-air and lighter-than-air hazardous vapors.
3. Work Surface (Customizable)

Physicochemical Laminate: Resistant to common chemicals, non-conductive at room temperature, and heat-tolerant.
