Structural Details

The main structure is formed by bending high-grade stainless steel sheets and joined using TIG (argon arc) welding. Weld seams are full, uniform, and meticulously ground and polished to achieve a smooth, burr-free surface with no slag residue—ensuring both aesthetic finish and excellent airtight integrity.
2. Rounded Corner Design (GMP Compliant)
All external edges and internal corners feature large-radius curved transitions (R-corners), eliminating sharp 90° angles. This design not only enhances visual appeal but—more importantly—prevents dust accumulation and microbial harborage, enabling thorough cleaning and sterilization in compliance with GMP standards.
3. Adjustable Baffle System
Internal baffles can be fixed or easily removed depending on experimental requirements. Their precisely engineered tilt angles ensure efficient exhaust of both heavier-than-air and lighter-than-air hazardous vapors, while maintaining stable negative pressure inside the cabinet.
4. Work Surface & Interior Lining
The stainless steel worktop offers exceptional heat resistance, making it ideal for high-temperature applications such as muffle furnace digestion. A raised front lip (water guard) prevents liquids from spilling onto the floor or cabinet exterior.

Packaging
The product surface is protected with a PE protective film, then wrapped in pearl cotton + shock-absorbing foam, and finally packed in an export-standard wooden crate to ensure safe overseas transportation.
