It can be seamlessly integrated with a 60L fermenter, easily handling 20–50 liters of bacterial broth per run. Working Principle
The homogenizer utilizes the reciprocating motion of a plunger to pump material into an adjustable valve assembly. Under extreme compression, the material is forced through a restricted orifice at high velocity, violently impacting the homogenizing valve. This mechanical action generates intense cavitation, impact, and shear forces, effectively dispersing and homogenizing agglomerated particles and achieving thorough cell disruption.
