Product Overview
The TGYF Simple High-Pressure Reactor is a streamlined, high-performance autoclave developed based on customer requirements and the core functional characteristics of standard high-pressure reactors.
It is highly versatile and can be operated inside a blast drying oven, a constant temperature oil/water bath, or a low-temperature cryostat. Constructed from premium stainless steel, it offers an exceptional safety pressure rating of 22MPa. With optional PC communication terminals and customizable volumes, the TGYF series provides ultimate flexibility for modern chemical synthesis and materials research.
Core Advantages & Design Features
1. A-Type Double Line Sealing: Uncompromising Leak Protection
The primary sealing port utilizes an A-type double-line seal. All other sealing points employ line-contact seals between arc-to-flat and arc-to-arc surfaces. By relying on the high precision and exceptional smoothness of the contact surfaces, this design achieves a superior, long-lasting seal that withstands extreme pressure.
2. Robust Stainless Steel Construction
Both the reactor body and the flat lid are precision-machined from high-quality stainless steel. The body connects to the flange via threading, while the lid is secured using circumferentially evenly distributed main bolts and nuts, ensuring even pressure distribution and mechanical stability.
3. Extreme Pressure & Temperature Tolerance
Engineered for the most demanding reactions, the system safely operates at pressures up to 22MPa and accommodates external heating temperatures up to 350°C.
4. Smart & Safe Operation
The system comes standard with a 10MPa pressure gauge, intake/exhaust valves, and an explosion-proof valve for maximum operational safety. It also supports PID temperature control systems and can be configured with a PC communication terminal for data tracking.
