This silica-based size exclusion chromatography (SEC) column is designed for the separation and analysis of biomolecules and water-soluble polymers. It uses high-purity silica microspheres and a proprietary bonding process to coat the silica surface with hydrophilic polymers and diol functional groups to reduce nonspecific adsorption of biomolecules.
