CF-2000M Instrument Composition


  • Main Unit: Features a constant-flow plunger/piston pump, gradient valve, automated injection valve, sample selection valve, and collection valve.
  • UV Detector: Full-wavelength or fixed LED UV detector (typically optimized at 280 nm for protein absorbance) complete with a flow cell.
  • Conductivity Detector: Real-time monitoring of salt and buffer gradients.
  • Fraction Collector: Automated X-Y matrix fraction collector designed to reduce cross-contamination and match chromatographic peaks.
  • Workstation Software: Android touchscreen control interface with optional PC software integration.
