Product Overview
The 700T Petrochemical Edition Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer is a dedicated chemical analyzer meticulously crafted to meet the rigorous testing demands of the petrochemical industry. It is primarily designed to determine elemental content in various oil products and related materials.
Breaking away from traditional time-consuming digestion methods, this instrument innovatively adopts direct oil sampling technology. Equipped with a semi-conductor cooled ultra-low temperature spray chamber and oxygen auxiliary injection, it effectively eliminates the severe carbon buildup typically associated with organic samples, vastly expanding the instrument’s applicability and stability.
Core Analytical Advantages for Petrochemicals
1. Direct Oil Sampling: Zero Digestion Required
No need for complex and hazardous acid digestion. Gasoline, diesel, lubricants, and crude oils can be directly introduced into the instrument after simple dilution, saving immense preparation time and reducing error.
2. STCC-BOX Ultra-Low Temperature Cooling System
Specifically designed for highly volatile oil samples, the proprietary STCC-BOX rapidly cools the spray chamber down to -25°C.
- Fast Cooling: Reaches stable temperature in just 10 minutes with an independent power supply.
- Enhanced Stability: Precise temperature control ensures optimal conditions for volatile analytes, increasing nebulization efficiency and delivering highly stable and accurate results.
3. Oxygen Auxiliary Injection
The integration of oxygen into the gas flow ensures complete combustion of organic matrices, preventing carbon accumulation on the torch and injector, ensuring long-term stability.
4. Proven Methodology with Premium Reagents
Utilizes the imported Conostan S-21 multi-element mixed oil standard and PremiSolv™ ICP diluent (replacing aviation kerosene). Combined with our self-developed oil sampling application methods, the process is simple, data is highly stable, and even operators without professional backgrounds can master the workflow quickly.
5. High-Throughput Multi-Element Analysis
Tests over 70 elements simultaneously from a single injection. Analysis speeds reach 5 elements per minute (expandable to 10). Achieves ppb-level detection limits with a wide linear range of 5-6 orders of magnitude, allowing simultaneous testing of high and low concentrations.
Performance & Hardware Features
Ultra-High Resolution Optical System
Equipped with an imported 4320 grooves/mm grating and unique optical tuning technology, the resolution is pushed below 0.005nm (compared to the standard 0.008nm). This exceptional resolution ensures zero spectral interference between elements.
High-Sensitivity PMT Detector
Features a highly sensitive imported Photomultiplier Tube (PMT) that automatically sets testing parameters for different elements. It requires no cooling or purging, offers a long lifespan, and delivers ideal detection states.
Safe & Reliable Solid-State RF Generator
Compact, highly efficient, and stable output power. Includes comprehensive safety protections for water circuits, gas circuits, and overloads, drastically reducing failure rates.
Intelligent Flame Monitoring
Equipped with a highly sensitive fiber optic sensor, the instrument monitors the plasma flame in real-time. In the event of an abnormal flameout, the system automatically shuts down to ensure lab safety.
Precision Gas Flow Control (MFC)
Plasma gas, auxiliary gas, carrier gas, and oxygen are all controlled by high-precision Mass Flow Controllers (MFC), ensuring continuous adjustability and high-precision gas flow for accurate data.
Precision Constant Temperature System
The entire optical system is protected by a precision thermostat. The temperature can be set according to the lab’s actual ambient temperature (control accuracy ≤ ±0.1°C), eliminating the need for 24/7 air conditioning and ensuring optical path stability.
Ultra-Low Operating Costs
In standby mode, the power, cooling water, and gas automatically shut down—zero standby costs. The system is ready to use instantly without long warm-ups. It only requires 99.99% pure Argon (instead of expensive 99.999%), saving at least one-third in gas costs.
Application Areas
- Crude Oil & Derivatives: Direct determination of 30+ elements in crude oil and its affiliated products.
- Lubricants & Additives: Quick analysis of 20+ wear metals in lubricating oils and additives with simple dilution. Optional high-salt nebulizer available for testing used lubricants directly.
- Fuels (Gasoline/Diesel): Direct injection measurement of Si, P, Fe, Mn, Pb, etc., without digestion.
- Automotive Urea (DEF): Precise detection of Na, K, Ca, Mg, Al, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cr.
